Why Kaycee Moreira Photos

Orlando local, mother, and family photographer, I love making kids laugh and making silly faces. I have a bottomless pit of patience and a positive attitude, and I truly enjoy working with children. I bring professionalism and an easy-to-use business model for schools and parents.

My approach is simple: provide specialized, boutique customer service for my schools and parents, deliver artistic, timeless images, and make pictures fun and easy for the kids. No stiff poses, just real smiles, silly faces, inquisitive eyes, and serious stares captured by my camera for parents to cherish.

This is a quick and easy photo session for the kids without busy backgrounds, I look to engage each child for a range of emotions, expressions, and authentic reactions.

I only take on a few schools per season to guarantee top-notch customer services and handle all parental questions personally. I also donate 10% of my profits back to the school as a big thank you!

As a trusted Orlando school photographer, I partner with local schools and preschools to deliver boutique, full-service school picture days—complete with easy online ordering, classic and black‑and‑white image options, and even staff headshots.

FAQs:

What ages do you photograph?
I photograph all ages.

What areas do you service?
Anywhere in Central Florida, from Brevard County, through Orlando, Seminole, Volusia, Polk, and Lake counties. Out of that area? Just ask!

How big does our school/daycare facility need to be?
School size is not a factor in my decision to take on new schools at this time. As my calendar fills, this may be a consideration in the future.

What can parents buy?
I provide parents with options to purchase digital images or prints. I provide a discount for employees who have children at the facility as well.

What other offerings do you have?
I provide sibling photos for purchase. I also am available for graduate cap and gown portraits for VPK, Kindergarten, or other milestone grads upon request.

When do you take portraits?
Anytime, even in summer! I request 30-60 day lead time to prepare, but I want this to be convenient for the school and parents.

Tell me more about the process.
What happens after we inquire about booking school portraits?

Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll schedule a time to meet with your school administration in person and scout the location for the best spot to set up my sessions. I request a class roster with student names at least two weeks before picture day to help streamline the process.

I’ll also provide flyers or email templates for your school to distribute to families. These introduce Kaycee Moreira Photos and encourage parents to save my contact information for any questions.

On picture day (or days, depending on your school size), I kindly ask for a teacher or staff member to assist by bringing in each class. My sessions are quick and child-friendly—I aim for 2 to 5 natural expressions per student. Each child receives their own password-protected gallery with both color and black-and-white images.

As a thank-you, I also offer complimentary headshots for your teachers and staff.

What backgrounds do you offer?
I have an array of solid colors but I aim for neutrals, grays, or blacks so that the focal point of the portraits are the children.

How long until parents get their photos?
My goal is to deliver albums within 2 weeks of picture day, allow parents to order prints for 2-3 weeks, and then bulk order and deliver prints to the school within 48 hours of my printing partner delivering them to me. Digital prints will stay open for 3 months to order. Bulk ordering prints allows me to keep my costs low and not charge shipping to parents.
